When did you begin working with ceramics?

My first experience with ceramic arts was in college. I chose ceramics as an art elective, and by the end of the semester I was hooked on it.

After graduating, I found Mudstone Studios, a communal ceramics studio in Warren, RI and become a member.

What do you make?

I make a range of different things that appeal to different people. I make mugs, holiday decor, ash trays, kitchen decor, and jewelry dishes.

How would you desribe your style?

I have BA in graphic design. My background in design is reflected in my work. I incorporate a lot of typography and illustration into my spoon rests and Christmas ornaments.

Where can your work be purchased?

My work is available on my Etsy shop, year round. For those near Bristol, Rhode Island, you can purchase my work at Hotpoint Emporium.

I take part in many local art fairs from the Providence Artisans Holiday Show to the Annual Christmas Arts and Crafts Fair at Durfee High School in Fall River.
